  1. FAKE IT TILL YOU FEEL IT

You should try it right now…

2. VISIT THAT FRIEND THAT JUST HITS YOUR SPOT

Everyone has that one friend that always cracks the bone. Always makes you smile or laugh real hard. Well, take a walk to the friends house or rather make a phone call if far away and get talky. Take your mind of all the problems and just have a fun time.

3. STOP COMPLAINING

I got a shockingly huge bliss help from stopping complaining. I hadn’t understood how irritable  I had felt because of talking that way. I supplanted bothering with the accompanying powerful instruments: silent insights (for instance, leaving another light on the counter) not demanding that something be done on my timetable; and, best of all, doing an errand myself.

4.  TAKE CONTROL

Some people assume happiness is mostly a matter of inborn temperament: You’re born an Eeyore or a Tigger, and that’s that. Although it’s true that genetics play a big role, about 40 percent of your happiness level is within your control.

Taking time to reflect, and making conscious steps to make your life happier, really does work. So use these tips to start your own Happiness Project. I promise it won’t take you a whole year.
